Mario J. DeCiutiis Radio City Music Hall (1979-Present) Principal Percussionist Radio City Music Hall Orchestra. Mario has performed literally thousands of shows ranging from Christmas Spectacu- lars & Liberace and Peter Allan Extravag- anzas to Silent Movies, Ice Shows, Porgy and Bess, etc. In 2007, he developed the Electronic Percussion Section at the Radio City Music Hall to be used for the Christmas Extrava- ganza. Included instrument and pit setup, programming and sound design. Performed Broadway and Off-Broad- way Shows in New York City as well as National Road Tours. West Side Story, King and I, On the Town, Bitter Suite, Mississippi  Queen Cruise Lines, etc. Numerous studio recordings including a Grammy Award winning Chil-dren’s CD, Sesame Street Goes Country, Pro-duced many educational mu- sic videos for KAT Inc and developed CD- ROM Presenta-tions on electronic percussi- on instruments for digital samplers, MIDI Controllers, etc.
Taught Electronic Percussion at the “Broadway Percussion Seminar” at NYU in 2006 and 2007. Participated at KoSA Summer Percussion Camps from 1998 to present, teaching classes and perfor-mances on Electronic Percussion. In 1996 he became president and CEO of Alternate Mode Inc Alternate Mode ma- nufactures the complete line of KAT MIDI Percussion Controllers.
